Let’s talk about the one thing nobody want’s to hear: bowel movements. Though we all do them – sometimes we even do them everyday or more, nobody wants to discuss their bowel movements. As a result, there is a whole mess of confusion surrounding what’s normal and what’s not. Like a woman’s menstrual cycle society relegates pooping to the dark corners of conversation.
